Booking a ride with FYND is straightforward and handled through our secure booking portal.
We offer both on-demand and pre-scheduled transportation, with pre-scheduled rides receiving priority assignment to ensure reliability.

How to Book

All rides are booked through our online booking system.

To begin, select your service type, enter your trip details, and follow the steps to complete your booking or request a quote.

On-Demand Rides

On-demand rides may be available depending on driver availability at the time of request.

Payment for on-demand rides is collected in person upon the driver’s arrival using our secure Square system.

We accept credit and debit cards, including contactless and mobile wallet payments where available.

Cash is not accepted.


Pre-Scheduled Rides

Pre-scheduled rides must be paid in advance through the booking portal to be considered a confirmed reservation.

Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.

Cash is not accepted for pre-scheduled rides.


Service Availability Notes

• Pre-scheduled rides receive priority assignment
• FYND Black service is available by pre-scheduled booking only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• On-demand availability may vary based on time and location

After You Book

Once a ride is booked, a local driver is assigned and trip details are confirmed.
For pre-scheduled rides, confirmation is sent once payment is completed and the reservation is secured.

Why Pricing Is Quoted (Not Automated)

FYND does not use automated upfront pricing. Instead, every ride request is reviewed manually so we can guarantee you the best possible price on every trip.

When you book online, you may see language such as “Request a Quote,” “Request Pricing,” or “Receive a Quote.” This allows our team to compare your trip in real time to major rideshare apps under the same conditions.

Automated pricing can include surge rates and last-minute changes. Manual pricing allows us to avoid those issues while ensuring transparent, fair pricing every time.

How We Compare Prices & Save You Money

Once your request is submitted, a team member compares your ride in real time against major rideshare apps using the same pickup location, drop-off location, and timing.

Our goal is to discount your trip whenever possible, often saving customers 10–15% per ride. If we’re unable to beat the price, we’ll match it whenever availability allows.

This process ensures:

  • No automated surge pricing
  • No hidden fees
  • No last-minute adjustments

The price you are quoted is the price you pay.

Example: How Our Price Comparison Works

Scheduled rides:
If you submit a request for Monday at 5:00 PM, our team will schedule the same trip for Monday at 5:00 PM on major rideshare apps. This ensures we are comparing pricing for the exact same time, route, and conditions.

On-demand rides:
If you request an immediate pickup, we compare pricing in real time using the same pickup and drop-off locations without scheduling.

This allows us to compare apples to apples, ensuring the most accurate and competitive pricing possible.

Quotes, Confirmation & Payment

After reviewing your request, you will receive a final, upfront quote via text message.

A quote is not a reservation and does not guarantee a driver.

Your ride is only confirmed once payment is completed in advance through our secure online booking software. This applies to both online bookings and call/text requests.

Availability may vary based on time of day, location, vehicle type, passenger count, and current demand.

Accepted Payment Methods

FYND primarily uses Stripe to securely process all payments through our online booking system.

In certain situations, Square may also be used to process payments. Regardless of the processor used, all payments are handled digitally and securely.

We accept:

  • Credit or debit card – paid in advance through our secure booking software
  • Card on file – available for returning customers who choose to save their payment method

Rides are not guaranteed until payment is completed in full through our approved payment systems.
