• Service type (FYND X, Comfort, XL, XXL, or Black)
• Trip distance and duration
• On-demand versus pre-scheduled booking
• Time of day and availability
• Special scheduling requirements
Pre-scheduled rides are priced and confirmed in advance through our booking portal.
On-Demand vs Pre-Scheduled Pricing
On-Demand Rides
On-demand pricing is provided at the time of booking or upon driver arrival, depending on availability. Payment is collected in person using our secure Square system. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash is not accepted.
Pre-Scheduled Rides
Pre-scheduled rides are priced and paid in advance through our booking portal. Payment must be completed for a ride to be considered a confirmed reservation. Cash is not accepted.
