He's not internet savvy and requires personal assistance to get him to and from appointments including doctors and grocery shopping. I can schedule in advance and payment without his involvement other than me getting in touch by phone when he will be picked up. Love the personalized service. I feel like I have my own valet service for my brother. Keep up the good work!!
I booked a ride to Palafox market. It was important for the driver to be on time and he showed up perfectly on schedule. He drove responsibly and was easy to talk to the whole drive. You can tell this is a family owned and operated company by the way they run the business. They don’t act like they’re just there to make a buck. For what it’s worth; I’ll never ride Uber again in Pensacola. FYND is cheaper and wayyy easier than Uber.
This company has been an absolute life saver for me with my new job! It feels amazing to be able to rely on a company day after day week after week and know they are going to stay consistent and fair with me. The prices are great, the wonderful woman who drives me is great, and I cant recommend this company enough. It’s significantly more affordable than the bigger rideshare brands, and the service has been outstanding. The drivers are always professional, the cars are clean, and most importantly, my employees consistently arrive on time for work.
