Concierge Add-On Services
FYND offers concierge-style add-on services upon request for riders who would like items prepared or available during their trip.
Concierge requests are optional and must be coordinated after booking a ride. These services are designed to enhance the ride experience when requested in advance.
All concierge services are subject to availability and applicable laws in the state of Florida.
How Concierge Requests Work
Concierge services may be requested after a ride is booked.

Requests must be approved in advance and confirmed before fulfillment.
Concierge items are billed at cost plus a 15% service fee and added to the total trip cost.
Examples of Available Concierge Items
Examples of commonly requested items include:
• Bottled water
• Energy drinks
• Non-alcoholic beverages
• Flowers (such as roses)
• Small convenience items
This list is not exhaustive. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes & Restrictions
• All concierge items must comply with Florida law
• Requests are subject to driver availability and approval
• Food is not permitted in vehicles, except for light snacks such as pretzels or similar dry snacks
• Alcohol and other restricted items will not be provided
FYND reserves the right to decline any request that cannot be fulfilled legally or reasonably.
